1. How long will it take to receive my order?
If you order a non-monogrammed item, our policy is to ship within 5 business days. However, we strive to ship within 24-48 hours. For personalized items, we ask that you allow 2 weeks processing time.
2. How do you ship?
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority 2-Day, and cost $7.00. You will be notified by email once your order has shipped. We do offer free shipping on orders over $75.00.
3. What is your return or exchange policy?
Items are eligible for return if the items are un-worn, un-washed, and un-altered. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. A refund will be granted in the form of store credit.
Personalized items are not refundable due to the customized nature of the product. We will accept returns if we made an error in the customization of your product. If there is an error, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We are not responsible for any typographical errors entered at the time of purchase. Please make sure to double check before placing your order!
4. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we certainly do! We'd love for you to give the gift of Nik & Ali to a friend, family member, or new parent.

6. What happens if my order arrives incomplete, damaged or defective?
We want to make sure that you have the best Nik & Ali shopping experience possible! If something isn't right with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll do our best to fix it for you.
7. May I send you a picture of my little one in their outfit?
We love seeing your treasures in our clothing! Please tag us on Instagram with #nikandali, and we'd love to possibly feature your child on our Instagram feed.
8. What size should I buy for my child?
If you need measurements and detailed sizing information, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
9. Can I change/cancel my order?
We cannot make any changes once an order has been processed in our system. Please double check your order before you check out.
